Lt. Governor Peter Kinder was recognized by the National Rifle Association for his work in defense of the 2nd Amendment and his work to secure the right to carry concealed weapons in Missouri. Lt Governor Kinder visits with Laclede County residents affected by the devastating ice storms that hit Lebanon and surrounding areas on January 12th. Lt. Governor Kinder spoke to relief workers, displaced residents and Laclede County officials at the Cowan Civic Center in Lebanon, which is being used to provide shelter for families in the area.
